Career and Internship Department

• expansion of social partnership and strengthening of the university's interaction with enterprises and organizations;

• assistance to departments in organizing and conducting all types of practice provided for by the academic calendar;

• organization of methodological support for practice supervisors on conducting all types of practice;

• organization and control of remuneration of employees of educational institutions and other organizations involved in professional practice;

• participation in the implementation and development of elements of dual education in the educational process;

• assistance in establishing and developing feedback between the university and employers within the quality management system for specialist training;

• organization of lectures, seminars and trainings for university students aimed at developing personal and business qualities, as well as job search skills;

• interaction with local executive bodies, including territorial career centers, public organizations and associations interested in improving the labor market situation;

• organization and conduct of mass events: job fairs, Career Days, competitions, round tables, seminars, presentations, and master classes with faculty, representatives of enterprises and organizations, and department officials responsible for practice;

• ensuring interaction with employers on graduate employment based on contracts, agreements and letters of support for specialist training;

• organization of the graduate placement procedure (personal placement);

• ensuring systematic monitoring of graduate employment and career growth with results reflected in the electronic graduate database;

• organization of professional development courses for external participants;

• preparation of draft orders on enrollment and expulsion of course participants;

• issuance, registration and accounting of certificates of course completion;

• control of the correctness and timeliness of documentation;

• interaction with departments and structural units on the implementation of educational programs;

• organization of professional development courses for teachers and school educators;

• organization, support and development of the Silver University project;

• documentation and organizational support of educational events;

• maintaining records of participants in additional education programs;

• ensuring the preservation and systematization of the Center's documentation.

The Center contributes to the development of professional competencies, the expansion of lifelong learning opportunities, and the improvement of the quality of the university's educational services.
