Main Building
The Main Building of the university is the administrative and academic centre of the institution. It houses the rector's office, admissions committee, spacious lecture halls, a modern library, an assembly hall, and high-speed internet infrastructure. The building hosts core lectures for students of all faculties.
Academic Building No.2
Building No.2 is dedicated to the Food Technology Faculty. It houses laboratories for food technology, processing, quality control, tasting rooms, and advanced equipment for modelling technological processes. Practical classes and research projects are conducted here.
Academic Building No.3
Building No.3 is located in the city centre and specialises in humanities. It hosts the Faculty of Languages, Law Faculty, Journalism Department, language labs, a media library, and discussion clubs. The spacious, well-lit auditoriums are perfect for seminars, training sessions, and roundtables.
Academic Building No.4
Building No.4 serves the natural sciences faculties. It houses chemistry, physics, and biology laboratories, modern computer classrooms, and departments of mathematics and informatics. Digital technologies and modelling tools are widely used in the educational process.
Academic Building No.5
Building No.5 specialises in economics, management, and business. It features co-working areas, a start-up accelerator, halls for business training, a bank hall, and meeting rooms. Students have opportunities to develop entrepreneurial skills.
Academic Building No.6
Building No.6 is for engineering specialties. It houses robotics, mechatronics, 3D modelling, and software laboratories, as well as a digital technology centre. Modern machine tools and virtual lab stands are used in the teaching process.
Agrotechnopark
The Agrotechnopark is an innovation centre in agriculture. It includes experimental fields, greenhouse complexes, agro-engineering laboratories, and processing lines. Students and scientists work on projects to introduce new technologies and certify agricultural products.
Valorisation Centre
The Valorisation Centre is a research centre focused on efficient resource use and waste processing. It operates laboratories for biotechnology, environmental monitoring, and material reuse. The centre implements joint projects aimed at introducing "green" technologies.
Shakarim Laboratory

The Shakarim Laboratory is a shared-use research centre. It conducts research in radioecological monitoring, environmental protection, and radiation safety. The laboratory is equipped with high-precision instruments and participates in international scientific projects.
Engineering Centre

The Engineering Centre is a complex supporting technical sciences and innovative projects. It houses 3D printers, a prototyping laboratory, material testing and thermal engineering stands. The centre helps students and master's students organise research and solve production tasks.
JasStar Coworking Centre
The JasStar Coworking Centre is a modern educational and working space for students. It offers flexible workspaces, meeting rooms, equipped lecture halls, IT hackathons, and a start-up incubator. The centre creates favourable conditions for developing student projects and building professional networks.
Sports Complex No.1

The main sports complex of the university features a 25-metre indoor pool, courts for volleyball, basketball and mini-football, weightlifting and gym rooms. It also includes a fitness centre, physiotherapy room, and sports medical office. Students and staff can join wellness programmes.
Sports Complex No.2
Sports Complex No.2 includes an athletics arena, gym halls, specialised areas for boxing, wrestling, and judo. The building is equipped with modern training equipment, massage rooms, and relaxation areas. Intra-university competitions and Spartakiads are held here annually.
Dormitory No.1

Dormitory No.1 is of a block type. Rooms accommodate 2–3 people, with a kitchen, shower, and toilet in each block. The dormitory has a library, study rooms, laundry, and rest areas. Residents have 24‑hour internet and security services.
Dormitory No.2
Dormitory No.2 offers a higher level of comfort. Each room has its own bathroom, shower, and central heating. The premises include a sports ground, canteen, laundry, and round‑the‑clock security. Its convenient location is very suitable for non‑resident students.
Dormitory No.3
Dormitory No.3 is a recently renovated modern residence. Rooms are equipped with new furniture, TV sets, and internet sockets. Shared kitchens, a library, and a reading room are available. The dormitory is close to academic buildings, saving students’ time.
Dormitory 4/5 (Shugaev)
The new dormitory on Shugaev Street is built to the highest safety and comfort standards. It features an automatic fire suppression system, video surveillance, turnstiles, and magnetic card access control. Coworking spaces, a café, and relaxation rooms are also provided.
Shakarim Greenland
Shakarim Greenland is the green zone of the university, a centre for environmental projects and recreation. The area features rock gardens, an arboretum, eco‑trails, picnic zones, and a botanical garden. Students and staff conduct educational activities in nature and organise ecological campaigns.
Agrobiology Laboratory
The Agrobiology Laboratory is a leading scientific centre in plant biotechnology, genetics, and agroecology. It is equipped with modern microscopes, genetic analysers, climatic chambers, and phytotrons. Research projects focus on developing new varieties, restoring soils, and preserving biodiversity.
